Costruzioni Di Francesco has been operating in the construction field for over twenty years when Marco Di Francesco, after experience as an employee, decided to give life to his company in 1995. Initially founded as an individual company named after the owner of the same name, in 2009 the latter is refounded under another legal capacity or a limited liability company taking the name of Costruzioni Di Francesco Srl.

At the beginning the company was qualified and known in the Teramo area for civil constructions and renovations in the private sector.

To increase its weight on the territory, the company has expanded its horizons over the years by qualifying:

• through the collaboration with Volteco Spa , becoming a specialized member of the H2Out Team (unique in the province of Teramo) in high quality certified waterproofing work.

• with SOA certification, White List and registration with the National Anti-Corruption Authority (Anac), he is authorized for public works;

• in the works of Sisma-Eco Bonus with the transfer of the tax credit . With this methodology, it is possible to demolish and rebuild new homes with seismic and energy certifications, or to strongly renovate and adapt both condominiums and private homes from an energy point of view at a price never seen before , or with an expense that fluctuates from 15% to 35% of the total work based on the type of work it intends to carry out .

with the association to ANIEM Abruzzo , thus becoming part of the College of Building and Related Constructors of the Abruzzo Region;
